·        Demonstrated background or passion in not-for-profits, charities, or social impact

·        Demonstrated track record of success and high-quality, result-based work

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Have used a CRM before or something similar

·        Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset
